Maître Chocolatier, Johannes F. Bachhalm and myself knew the special flavor of Hungarian paprika powder and the taste of fresh cocoa beans. We knew that this kind of combination is the right way to a noble taste.

That’s the reason why we created a unique praline to turn our idea into reality: EMESE – the Hungarian paprika praline, made by Johannes F. Bachhalm.

All these impressions and the attention to details led us to develop our praline.

 

Combinations with whisky, rum and red wine

We’ve also done some special tastings with whisky, rum, red wine and the EMESE paprika praline. These combinations proved once again that we hit the right note when we said – “More than just a chocolate. Taste the Hungarian Spirit.”

Hungarian mentality is multifaceted but it never forgets its central theme. The same mentality characterizes the paprika praline as well.

It reflects my playful, sporty soul and the decades of chocolate industry based experience of Johannes F. Bachhalm, whose mastery is also proved by a large number of international prizes and diplomas as Maître Chocolatier.
